We start inspecting the goods from starting of production to till shipment by our experienced production supervisor and quality control Inspector. To control quality of the products we follow the following steps:

On-Line processing inspections: Our supervisors and quality control inspectors keep vigilance on goods when processing is going on.

Finished goods inspection: Our QC inspectors inspect the ordered finished goods several times before shipment is ready.

Pre-shipment inspection: Finally, our inspectors do pre-shipment organoleptic tests taking samples randomly from the 100% ready lot.

Loading supervision: Our inspectors/Supervisors remain present when goods are loading for shipment from the factory.

Govt. Inspection: Besides our exporters own check of products for chemical, microbiological and organoleptic tests Our Government competent authority FIQC( Fish Inspection & Quality Control) department carried out lot wise inspection as per importer country’s requirements and issued certificates only when samples found correct

Lloyd’s inspection: Above all, every lot is inspected by Lloyd’s agencies before shipment.
